Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase,but if your order be shipped we can not cancel for you,if you want to make changes,please contact us before we ship your order.

Step 1: Sign in our website to submit return/exchange request online(Link on the right side of the order page).

Step 2: Get authorization and return address via email within 24 hours.

Step 3: Pack and ship return package.Items must be in its original packaging with original label.Please remember to include packing slip in the package.

Step 4: Input shipping details ( tracking number & delivery company) on You - My Request page through PC.

Step 5: Receive refund within a week or a replacement order be placed within 3 days after we get your return package.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns. We'll email you once we have processed your refund or exchange.

Note: Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

The delivery time depend on which shipping method you choose when you check out order,normally standard shipping takes 7-12 business days. express shipping takes 2-5 business days delivery.
